Plays and Production- November 2014

I love that the kids are so willing to be apart of extra curricular activities.
We were able to watch Ily in the play "Aladdin" and after the kids got a carpet ride with Jasmin (Emma).  Everyone did a great job!

New York - November 2014

Jared and I have been married for 13 years now.  We wanted to take a small vacation together since we haven't gone anywhere too far our entire marriage.  We decided to take a trip to NYC and we had so much fun.  We missed our kiddos but were so thankful that Marlene, Jared's mom, was willing to stay and take care of the kids.
We left late Monday night and came home Friday night.
While in NYC we went to the: Museum of Modern Art, Rockeffer Center: top of the rock, Madison Square garden, Times Square, St. Patricks Cathedral, Madame Tussauds, Empire State Building and Skyride tour, Statue of liberty, 9/11 Tribute Center, 9/11 memorial pools and new construction of towers, Central Park, FAO Schwartz toy store, and Discovery Times Square.  We went all over.  We walked a lot as well as rode the subway quite a bit as well.
We had a great weekend and I am so glad that I get to spend my life with this great guy!

Madame Tussauds

Times Square
This place was amazing!
St. Patricks Cathedral
It was currently under construction, but was still amazing.

Riding the Subway
Long Island Ferry going past the Statue of Liberty

9/11 Memorial Pools
They are amazing and a great tribute to those who had passed on that horrible day.

Central Park
This place was beautiful.  I loved that is sat so untouched and all around it was lined with tall buildings.

This little guy is not camera shy.  He sat in that same spot for at least five minutes letting people take pictures of him.
FAO Schwartz Toy Store
They had some amazing lego displays.  My boys would have loved them.
