July 2014- Funeral for Mormor and scout camp

This great lady is my Mormor.  She had lived many years and has always been an example to me.  She passed at the age of 95.  I am going to miss the spunky attitude and the many family dinners that we had enjoyed with her for so many years.

Sending balloons to heaven for Mormor!

These two boys love their Uncle Lance!

My friend Katie and her family were in Orem for a few days.  I was able to spend some time with her and the family for a few hours.  When she still lived in Orem, Kaleigh was two and we had just had Hagen.  Look at us now!
Scout Camp closing ceremonies.  It had been a long but fun day and these cute boys were so good and so enthusiastic.  I also love that I am the den leader since it allows me to do these activities with Hagen now that he is in cub scouts!

Hagen and Ian

Here is Hagen trying very hard to listen to the astronomy lesson.

Hagen was so proud of his shot.  He just made a bulls eye right into the yellow center!

June 2014- Sidney's Birthday and the Bean Museum

Happy Birthday to my little Sid.  She is quite the spunky kid, always willing to try something new.
We had a princess birthday party for her since I had just finished and Elsa dress for her.
Sid with her birthday cake when we celebrated as a family.

Back a long time ago when we lived in Lance and Des basement the girls would set up a little table and play with the tea set.  Trying to reenact one of the pictures I had taken long ago the did this.

We love frozen!
Elsa and Anna

These cute princesses took a break from games and food for a quick jump on the trampoline.

Pizza and games

Happy Birthday Sidney!!

As many may know, I am a den leader for the cub scouts in my ward.  We only have five boys so we are a small group.  Sister Largey and I took the boys to the Bean Museum.  They were really silly that day.

May 2014- End of Scholl and start of summer sports

May was somewhat of a busy month for us.  School ended, we had campouts and Kaleigh and Hagen started softball and baseball.  I love the start of summer.
Camilla and Sid ready for school.  These two girls play together every day and are in the same class.  Perfect little friends!

Here is Hagen reading his book that he wrote to me and showing me his desk.

Kaleigh is reading her book and showing me her desk as well.  Calvin thought it was fun to visit the class rooms.

Happy Birthday Kaleigh.  She is now 10 and such a big kid.  I love this girl!

Kaleigh's big birthday cookie

This pix is of Sidney riding her bike with out training wheels.  Camilla came over to show Sid that she no longer had training wheels on her bike and Sid was determined to do the same.  With in minutes Sid was riding up and down the street like a big kid!

Kaleigh and Olivia, two of the cutest cousins ever, ready to play softball.

Weston and Hagen ready for Coach Pitch baseball.  This was taken at their first game.

The kiddos wanted to sleep in the tent.  It ended up raining so we set the tent up in the house.  They were so excited!

April 2014- Hagen baptism and Easter

I am a little behind on updating our blog.  Many months behind.  I am attempting to catch up and hopefully I can stay caught up.
This was a special month.  Hagen was baptized and he was so excited for it to finally happen.
Happy Birthday to the newest 8 year old in the smith household!
I attempted to make a creeper face from mine craft with chocolate.  Didn't turn out as well as I would have like but Hagen knew what it was.

Hagen was so excited to be baptized!

This is the amazing group of people who attended the baptism.  Thank you everyone for attending and supporting Hagen!

I love these cute boys.  Sammy, Hagen, and Weston all did Joy school together and have been in some of the same classes in school and they got to spend Hagen's baptism day together.

Hagen and his proud dad!

The Easter bunny has arrived to four happy kiddos!

Jared also turned 35 this month!  Happy birthday to him.  He definitely enjoyed his pie.
