Lakeridge Stake Pioneer Trek
Jared and I had the opportunity to go on trek as Ma and Pa with Kaleigh. It was a long hard journey, one that I don't want to do for a very long time but it was a great experience.
We started the day at 5:30 am. We got up showered for the last time in four days and got ready to go. We met at the church and were able to meet our trek kids and Kaleigh was able to go with her trek family. Among our kids were Dallin Call, Christian De Oliveira, Katie Gentry, Halee Hatch, Hyrum Parkin, Megan Rehm, Halle Roberts, Annalisa Scott, and Radi Stafford. We played a few games before we were drove away from the church and then started our trek.
It was the most amazing experience I had had for a while. We worked hard, we were tired, but we had the opportunity the be a Ma and Pa to some amazing kids that we will never forget.
